Cheapest flights to European destinations and airports in 2017

With the start of the New Year, many of us start to plan the next big trip, one perhaps sitting way too long now on that famous bucket list. We have some good news for those residing in the US or Canada, as we created a list of the cheapest European destinations to fly to in 2017, so you will have some guidance in your search for your next big holiday in Europe.

The list contains European cities with multiple routes from the United States and Canada, and luckily you won’t need to empty your pockets to fly to Europe.  With the airline business changing so rapidly, you will find a range new exciting destinations which offer travelers the cheapest air fares to Europe.

If you searched for the cheapest flights to Europe, you may noticed that typical destinations such as Paris, London or Amsterdam are not necessarily the cheapest anymore, so where should you fly? We’ll get there in a bit…

How we selected the flights to Europe?

As a starting point we took 5 US cities (New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta) and a major Canadian city (Toronto), than we had a close look with our in-house fare finder which European destinations and when are they available at the cheapest rates.  Needless to say that we found the cheapest flights to Europe from the United States, mostly from the east coast, but there are many great deals from other parts of the country as well.
